Cannot recommend enough! We all know the jingle but the work speaks for itself. A large piece of road debris broke off, kicked up, and crushed my windshield. From completing the online quote/scheduler to the timeliness of the technician's arrival, I am EXTREMELY pleased with my service from Safelite and my technician, Ed. What I appreciated most was the way the team stayed in constant contact - my technician called at 7:30am, for our 8:00am window, to confirm the service and his estimated arrival time. Ed arrived sharply at 8:00am - despite estimating 8:10-8:40am and began promptly. Throughout the entirety of the appointment, I received status updates via text. SO. COOL! The job was complete in about an hour and a half. Ed did the most THOROUGH clean-up job too ensuring as much glass as possible was collected and disposed of. He even triple checked that my sensors and wipers were properly reinstalled and working as expected too. I can't thank him enough for dealing with my nitpicking! Thank you Safelite, though I do not wish this to happen to anyone, should it, definitely call Safelite!

They upsold me on rain repellent and wiper blades on a back glass on a pickup (that is vertical and has no wipers) without telling me. Just showed up on my bill. Did not vacuum out the broken glass.

Cory was absolutely wonderful and got my windshield replaced quickly and efficiently. I didn’t have to lift a finger, he asked for my keys and thats all I had to do. My windshield looks great and is clearer than my vision. Cory was very nice and even replaced my windshield wipers for a discounted price. Hopefully I don’t have to get my windshield replaced anytime soon, but if I do I will be using Safelite again.

I had my 2004 Honda Element windshield replaced recently with the tech coming to my home to install. The installer was very friendly and very professional. I stayed in the house while he installed the windshield which took about a hour and a half. Upon inspection the job was performed perfectly with no mess and installation of windshield wipers. Great job done which I highly praise. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I had a great experience with Safelite thanks to Edward. From the moment my appointment was scheduled through to the end of the service, communication was excellent. Edward kept me informed every step of the way and was very thorough once he arrived. He was professional, kind, and extremely efficient throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. His attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and he represented the company exceptionally well. I truly appreciate his service and would highly recommend Safelite because of technicians like him.
